We are happy to inform you that the mainline testing of trains on Stage 2 (from Miyapur to KPHB) of the Hyderabad Metro Rail Project has commenced. The EIG (Electrical Inspector General) gave approval to charge the stretch on 5th May. L&T Metro Rail test charged the section on 6th May 2015 and has started the testing of the trains on 7th May 2015. A total of 14 trains will be test run on this track from Miyapur to KPHB covering a distance of 4.4 Kms.
