Hyderabad Metro Rail operates three dedicated maintenance depots for stabling, servicing, and overhauling its fleet of trains and engineering maintenance vehicles. These facilities ensure that every train entering passenger service meets the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and reliability.

JBS Depot - JBS - MGBS
Uppal Depot - Nagole - Raidurg

All depots are manned round the clock and equipped with advanced infrastructure for scheduled maintenance, corrective servicing, and fleet management. The Uppal Depot houses facilities for major overhauls and system-wide maintenance, while Miyapur and JBS depots are equipped for preventive maintenance and minor repairs.

Maintenance Process

Certification as “fit for service” before deployment
