Mr. Shrikant Prabhakar Joshi is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of L&T Realty, the real-estate arm of Larsen & Toubro. He is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and did his PGDBM from IIM Ahmedabad. He has more than 33 years of diverse experience across organizations of international repute such as Wipro, Philips, Heinz, Sify, and Emaar Group.
He joined L&T Realty in 2011 and is responsible for L&T's long-term vision to create a sustainable and strong real estate business. L&T Realty currently develops high-end residential, commercial and retail spaces across major cities in India. In the commercial space, he has led India’s first transit-oriented development, spanning 2.7 million sq. ft. in the first phase of Seawoods Grand Central in Navi Mumbai.
